In this Introductory video you will learn how the integrated TEMPER3-ED model deepens your understanding of behavioral escalations and prepares you to prevent and effectively respond to reduce future escalations. You will learn how to respond in ways that maintain your grounding, and safety while you support students having an alternative prosocial path to prosocial skill development. This asynchronous course is a prerequisite to the Advanced TEMPER-ED course. To get started: 1. Click on the, "Book It" Button. 2. Select ANY Date or Time available then NEXT Button. You do NOT need to watch the video on this date/time, it is simply a place holder and a security measure. 3. Complete the registration and then select the, "Book It" button. 4. You will receive a confirmation email, then a second email with details on how to make payment, and access the video and the other content associated with this course. NOTE: you will have 48 hours to view the video from the time your payment information has been approved. Please also remember when done to complete the evaluation which you will receive via email.
