Professional Mindset & Behavior(DEC)

Service Description

In this very popular and highly rated course (2, two-hour sessions; 4 hours total) educators, early childhood, and childcare professionals explore how their beliefs/values influence their assumptions and understanding of children’s behavior. Participants study how to build a professional mindset that emphasizes an evidence-based, and culturally responsive practice approach to nurture the emotional-regulation skills of each child. To obtain PDUs participants MUST attend and participate in BOTH 2-hour Sessions (4 hours total) in each monthly cohort. The DECEMBER 2022 Cohort will meet: WEDNESDAY NOTE** NOVEMBER** 30th & December 7th (Cohort MS22-12) All Cohorts meet from 5:30 - 7:30 PM Pacific Time Any organization with 3 or more participants should contact us to schedule sessions that meet your personnel's schedule and availability. We can accommodate other time zones.
