Service Description

The TEMPER3-ED curriculum is an evidenced-based model to understand, prevent and effectively address behavioral escalations of children of all ages . In this Introductory 3-hour course parents and other family members learn how behavioral escalations often follow a predictable pattern. Understanding these patterns will allow you to more effectively prevent and address escalations and TEMPER them so they do not escalate to dangerous levels. Participants learn how to prevent and effectively respond to reduce future escalations and maintain the safety for all involved. By promoting the prosocial skill development of your child, while strengthening your own ability to maintain good boundaries and calmness, peace in your home can be restored. The OCTOBER 2022 Cohort will meet: SATURDAY October 29th, 2022 (Cohort FTEM 22-10) -- 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM Pacific Time -- Any organization with 3 or more participants should contact us to schedule sessions that meet your personnel's schedule and availability.
